Commercial VO Bootcamp--April 2025
What: Commercial voiceover is the gateway into the world of professional voice acting. This 4 week intensive is geared towards those looking to break into the voiceover industry, as well as current pros looking to step up their audition game. We'll dive into current trends in the commercial space, what it means to stand out, finding your natural niche, and more.
Each week will build upon the last, honing core skills, directability, and confidence. This program aims to prepare its participants for real life scenarios like auditioning, live sessions, and demo recording.
For those who have taken this workshop before, content will be adjusted to deepened and expand your knowledge and skills!
When: 4 Sundays in April, beginning April 6th

How Much: $300 General; $280 students/senior military; $250 current MCIAT students or repeat students of this workshop
Teacher Bios:
Gary Giambo
For the past 30 years, Gary Giambo has served as voice director, producer, casting director and teacher working with every major voiceover artist in Hollywood. His easy going style provides comfortable assurance in the booth, consistently coaxing the best performance out of his talent.
Callie Ray
Callie Ray has been a working voice actor for a decade, with clients including the NFL, Dolce & Gabbana, Wendy's, Chase, Legoland, and many more- and Gary was her first teacher! Her enthusiastic, nurturing teaching style helps learners relax and find space to create from joy and curiosity. She is currently the voice of Polestar EV cars, and has just wrapped recording on a soon-to-be-announced project by Artificer Games. callieray.com
